Executive Board Members
2026 & 2027

Leading Ladies of Harnett County is comprised of an amazing group of women who are dedicated to leadership, service, and making a positive impact throughout our community. We invite you to explore our Executive Board, Founder, and Members featured on these pages to learn more about the remarkable women who make our organization successful. To be eligible for membership, a woman must live, work, or be a native of Harnett County and have a genuine desire to serve the community. Members are expected to commit to volunteering at least three hours per month and understand the importance of supporting, encouraging, and uplifting other women. As we consider prospective members, we carefully evaluate leadership skills, community involvement, character, and commitment. Our goal is to build a network of women who are passionate about creating positive change, fostering meaningful relationships, and strengthening Harnett County through service and collaboration.
